This is also seen by tour operators and travel agents who want to develop their sales offer. To meet the expectations of the industry, the Polish Tourist Organization has launched a series of webinars in which individual provinces will present the tourist assets of their regions. Nowadays, many tourists choose to buy trips from professional tour operators. This is due to the fact that tour operators and travel agencies who protect tourists in case of cancellations, changes in reservations or other difficulties. The purpose of the webinars is to introduce travel agents to the tourist offerings of all sixteen regions.
