On June 11, 2012, the General Meeting of Members of the Lubuskie Regional Tourist Organization “LOTUR” was held, at which the balance sheet and profit and loss account were accepted and approved, as well as the substantive report on the activities of the association for 2011. The General Meeting unanimously granted discharge to the Board chaired by Jadwiga Błoch. In addition, the General Assembly approved changes in the Board of Directors. Due to the resignation of Vice President Jozef Kruczkowski – Starosta of Gorzow, and the resignation of Board Member Ryszard Oleszkiewicz – Head of Lagow, changes were made. Józef Kruczkowski was replaced by Dawid Gierkowski, Head of the Department of Development and Social Affairs of the Starost’s Office, while Ryszard Oleszkiewicz was replaced by Bruno Aleksander Kieć, President of the KOMBINAT KULTURY Foundation. The General Assembly also made changes in the composition of the “LOTUR” Audit Committee. Jaroslaw Wnorowski and Tomasz Jaskuła were dismissed from the composition. By the decision of the General Assembly, the composition of the Audit Commission was expanded to four people. As new members of the Commission were appointed: Karolina Gałązka, Tomasz Chwalisz and Jacek Włodarski. During the General Meeting, the Audit Commission in its new composition was constituted, Zbigniew Wlodarczak was elected chairman.
