Starting today, Zielona Góra residents can order unique dishes and festival sets prepared by Zielona Góra caterers – for only PLN 25! All the proposals can be found at festiwaljedzenia.pl. What’s on the menu? Polish, Spanish, Italian, American, Asian cuisine… Zielona Gora’s gastronomy crowds responded to our appeal: as many as 32 establishments have signed up for the Festival of Eating. Among them are restaurants, pubs, cafes, pastry shops, pizzerias. Each of the registered establishments has prepared a special dish or a set for only 25 zloty. Zielona Gora residents can already order them with home delivery or takeaway – just go to https://www.festiwaljedzenia.pl, choose an interesting proposal and order it by contacting the restaurant directly. The festival menu is very diverse. Locals have submitted dishes of Polish cuisine with a modern twist, such as duck leg confit in rioja wine with butter purée, European cuisine, such as dumplings with Spanish chorizo sausage and roasted walnuts, and even oriental cuisine, such as ramen shoyu based on beef broth with gyoza dumplings or pad thai with chicken. There will be something delicious for both fans of plant-based cuisine (wings of oyster mushroom served with rice, vegan tomato sauce and salad) and meat-based cuisine (sous-vide ribs in BBQ sauce with roasted potatoes). It’s time for a big feast! The festival runs from May 8 until further notice.
