The 49th Lubuskie Film Summer – this year will be the 49th edition of this festival, which is the oldest Polish film festival, having premiered in 1969.
Lagov’s festival has been very well evaluated by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and ranked high in the ranking of dozens of film events in Poland. The main part of the event’s program is a presentation of Central and Eastern European cinema and a competition of feature films, documentaries and short films. This year’s activities will be a continuation of previous years. The Lagov festival enjoys high recognition and has the character of an international event. The achievements of the Lubuskie Film Summer classify the event on one of the most important places among cultural events in Poland.
