The Board of Directors of the Lubuskie Regional Tourist Organization, chaired by Jadwiga Błoch, received discharge for 2016 unanimously. Members of the Lubuskie Regional Tourist Organization “LOTUR” gathered at the Recreation Center “Anapausis” in Gryzno . The guests were welcomed and the meeting was opened by Jadwiga Błoch, President of the Board. Karolina Galazka was unanimously elected chairman of the meeting. The minutes of the meeting were kept by Beata Musialowska. Jadwiga Błoch reminded that the reports had been sent to all members by mail by the deadline according to the statutory provision. The chairwoman of the meeting, read the agenda sent earlier to all members. The meeting had no comments on the agenda. The agenda was adopted unanimously. The election of the Committee on Resolutions and Motions and the Scrutiny Committee proceeded. Unanimously adopted the composition of the Commission in the following persons: Krzysztof Rosiński and Beata Musiałowska. Those gathered were introduced to the report on the work of the Board in 2016, which was presented by President Jadwiga Błoch in the form of a multimedia presentation. The Chairwoman of the Meeting then proposed to present the report of the Audit Committee, giving the floor to the Committee’s representative Mr. Karol Kłysz. The report of the Audit Committee is attached to these minutes of the meeting. After the discussion, voting proceeded. Resolution No. 1 on the adoption and approval of the balance sheet and profit and loss account of LOTUR for 2016. The resolution was adopted unanimously. Resolution No. 2 on the adoption and approval of the substantive report on the activities of LOTUR for 2016. The resolution was adopted unanimously. Resolution No. 3 on accepting the report of the LOTUR Audit Committee for 2016 The resolution was adopted unanimously. Resolution No. 4 on granting discharge to the Board of Directors of the Lubuskie Regional Tourist Organization ” LOTUR” for 2016. The resolution was adopted unanimously. Those gathered moved on to item. No. 9 of the meeting Free motions. Members pledged to urge other local government officials and representatives of the tourism industry to join the association “LOTUR”. President Jadwiga Błoch reminded members of the Competitions that have begun, encouraging them to participate, and of the IT Certification that is being conducted. At this point the General Meeting of Members of the Lubuskie Regional Tourist Organization “LOTUR” was concluded. In the unofficial part of the meeting, the participants took part in a tour of the Gryzynski Landscape Park with a guide.
